New Business Resource Discussing Ohio’s Marijuana Amendment

(Fall 2015) Ohio’s marijuana amendment, Issue 3, is likely to be a hot topic of conversation over the next few months. Questions and talking points about monopolies, cartels and oligopolies; marijuana accessibility to teenagers and children; revenue streams; and incarceration rates are already being discussed by journalists, bill supporters and opponents, and pundits. However, what is not getting talked about a lot is Issue 3’s impact on businesses.
