Employees can only follow your drug-free workplace program if they understand what it says. When it comes to employing individuals whose native language isn’t English, program details could be lost in translation – which could cause issues in the future. Just consider, for example, the implications of an employee signing a legal document giving their consent for drug testing without fully understanding what they are signing.
To give employers confidence that their Spanish-speaking employees understand their drug-free workplace program, we provide onsite employee education in Spanish and policy translation for those with a Working Partners® policy.
If you are interested in learning more about our Spanish language services, please contact us.
(Have employees that speak languages other than Spanish? We can connect you to services to help with those languages too.)
